Diversity without an underlying appreciation of Unity(sublime beauty) has brought insanity to the functioning of this world just as Unity without an appreciation of diversity would be a denial of some differentiated piece of the puzzle we all are. The code of Life has arrived to help humanity to see the hard wired gifts in each one of us. As we are educated into these differentiated gifts and live them out with correctness, humanity will finally be able to come full circle. Symbolically the ethers will be balanced as diversity recognizes union and union recognizes diversity through uniqueness.

After surrendering to a physical death process SashiFlag was first born. It came through as a vision of white flags flying all over the globe only after doodling my image of a beautiful flower. I came to realize it first as a personal symbol of inner peace and well being reflecting diversity and only then as a collective symbol balancing diversity with the Truth of our union with an infinitely intelligent universe. This infinite universe resides within each one of us. Many humans because of the hypocrisy of some religious leaders no longer look to an external punishing God but instead to the Truth of becoming attuned to and understanding their own True Nature from within. The Rose window indeed contains this genetic code, this nanotechnology which will allow us all one happy day to find our own temple within. Actually it is about outflanking the code through strategic tools of truthfulness, honesty and patience necessary to the development of trusting relationships.

I incarnated into a family whose business was one of making stained and leaded glass windows as well as upkeeping them and cleaning them. Little did I know as a child of four years that the rose windows I helped to cut the patterns for would become a symbol of the life that would be found as I looked inward instead of outward during a plunge into the abyss in mid life. Each person is a piece of the earth’s peace pattern as they find their way home, their rightful place in the flock through strategic correctness of living out their hard wired gifts. People who are happy with what is- placement they have been given this time around the wheel of life. They will bring in a world in which it is not what we do but the joy with which they do it. I actually felt the life force move thru me as I made the first symbol. I hope others will continue to join in the celebration creative movement. While it is a big vision, I once pondered what country will lead the way in identifying through a flag their committment to balance through peace education and well being for all? If I were to guess it would be Bhutan with its economy tied into the happiness of its population. Then again, life is full of what I call “Only Good Surprises.” The flags on the Brooklyn Bridge were bleached American flags. While the bleached flags were different from the vision of SashiFlag, it sure was an interesting way of merging the past and the future into the eternal NOW! To me their flags symbolized the collective nature of global unity and universality. Once again a celebration of the perfect nature of each of us who arrived on this planet. We are all here to demonstrate and express this perfection. One’s life is quickly becoming one’s religion. Most see Sashiflag as symbolizing surrender and nothing could be more true. It is here for what I have come to call, SOS,--- reminders of the SPIRIT OF SURRENDER--- a sign that we will move beyond Atlantis as a global population. Our Being nature will flourish. More esoterically it also represents that which is beyond the vibration of these vehicles we live in- the Silence of Stillness, universal peace- our originating point. The alpha and omega becoming one in the eternal truth of each moment.

J: Does your flag have a name?

D: I was given a name - SASHI. This name continually presented itself to me. I had no idea of its meaning so I went to the NY Public Library and spent some time with a language scholar there. This uncovered the word as Sanskrit, one of the first universal languages on planet earth. It means soft or soothing Divine energy. It reflects the energy of the moon- the light that holds the darkness. It is a feminine energy. It made sense that this energy is what I needed at the time. There was a sense that others also needed to know how to keep this inner light alive as the chemicalization of darkness has its last days on this planet. If we don’t nurture ourselves with our essential goodness, our ability to live out our collective purpose to ascend, universal peace will be impossible to achieve. It’s really about helping people understand the sacredness of the Divine that they are born to reflect here on Earth with their own unique signature. Each one carries their amazing differentiated cognitive potential within them. Respect will automatically reign as unique differentiated potential is realized.

After my husband passed I took a trip to Israel with my daughter and some of her grammar school teachers and principal. We had a delightful and memorable visit one day during this trip. It was with a colleague of the principal of my daughters school, Bi Cultural Day School. His own classmate from 40 years before headed up a school for Jewish orphans in Haifa. All the children in this school were taken away from severe hardship situations all over the world through Israeli secret security and or intelligence.. If a mother was a prostitute living on the streets in Argentina, her child or children roaming the streets would have been taken from her one day and brought to this school in Israel. The school was in Haifa, a place my husband’s family went to as they escaped Germany in 1938.

The visit to this school was a day I shall never forget. The frequency at this school of orphans was one of palpable peace and well being wherever we went-classrooms, auditorium. lunch room etc. The key of course was the principal whose AUTHENTICITY lit out of him with every relaxed word he spoke. He picked up some garbage as he took us on a tour as if it was his holy job. He was one of the most relaxed people I had ever witnessed in education- most especially in light of the abusive and neglected past of each of these children. What a model this was for the world to learn from. When questioned about the 100% successful satisfying functioning of all the graduates, he told us that when each child arrives they are told ONE thing---that this school is their HOME for life no matter what.. They will never ever be without a home. It made me wonder about years I worked in foster care and the systems we have in the states that leave children on their own at early ages only to later often find them in jail or sick in a hospital for a home base. This reassurance of HOMEHOOD was of course a KEY to the wild success of these students as well as the principal’s inherent understanding of each child’s perfection no matter what appeared. Here is an example. After close to a hundred Ethiopian children were aired to the school by Israeli intelligence, the high holidays came. In the synogogue, was a bimah in the middle of the octagon structure from which the rabbi spoke. All of a sudden one kid threw an opened can of coca cola onto the bimah hitting the rabbi with it. The principal smiled and upon speaking later to the student without judgement, asked him why he did that. The student said that the synagogue was not a real place of worship. Why not asked the principal and the student explained what a temple was made of in Ethiopia. It was made of natural ingredients like straw. The principal asked him if he could build such a temple for the school. The reply as of course affirmative. Supplies of straw were brought in and now there is a separate temple for the Ethiopian kids.

This principal seemed to inherently know just how to peacefully solve difficulties- no anger-just a smile as he shared that the universe had revealed this child’s gift. He now knew what to invest money in regarding this child. He clearly saw that this young man was a born actor. He saw the good knowing now where to invest the shools money. This HOMEHOOD school invested in private acting lessons and sure enough this child became a well known very talented actor. The key here is plain to see. Each child’s perfect gift must be found and if need be, be developed. Yeah- Isn’t this what we all wished for so we don’t have to grow up making a living from something we were not designed to do.

It is interesting to note that very very few of the children return to the school as they grow up.Many of them are in high postions in the Israeli government and in research. They are inherently strong in their gifts which allows for their autonomy and the making of their own families who they are always welcome to bring any time- holidays or not- back to visit HOMEHOOD.

Internal hard wired perfected gifts of their children. To develop those gifts in a warm accepting environment is certainly the road that needs to be more traveled. It is the movement from perfected idea to perfect form. As perfect ideas we were trained to look only to God outside of us. It served its purpose in evolution. With movement into perfected form we move to deeper understanding of the Godhead of the temple within. This future manifestation will save trillions of dollars of mental health expenses as developing one’s uniqueness leads to enjoyable work that can support one.

I had another interesting experience several years ago at the block party on 68 street where I lived. There were children from the local Louise Wise daycare there. As I walked by dogs past them, children stopped to say hello to these beautiful dogs that were gifted to me after my husband’s transition. Something had me ask the teacher if they might like to engage in a peace art

I just love this story at it is universal. Don’t all children need an uplifting home to be accepted every moment for who they are and isn’t life wonderful when others recognize and invest in the gifts we have been given? This is what will bring heaven to earth in my eyes- the ingredient that has been misssing in education which tends towards the opposite, namely spending time trying to homogenize children. It is time for teachers not to be held back from investing in the uniqueness of each child and time for parents to not only claim love for their children but to really understand the project. Turns out the teacher and students were interested in drawing their deepest moment of peace. I quickly went home with the dogs and brought art supplies to the street fair. We weren’t allowed to leave the street, and I didn’t have the poles, so I ended up asking the children if I could take the drawings and deliver them later, mounted on a twig. None of the children wanted to part with their drawings even for a day. I found this interesting. One of them was between three and four, and he said he wanted to put this drawing on the back of his door with his other drawings when he went home. When asked what he would do with it, he said he would go to his room, shut the door and look at his peace pattern when his parents fight and argue. That’s when I knew it would be good for parents to draw their own peace flags, too! I even suggested he might ask his parents to share their most peaceful memories. He seemed satisfied that there was something he could do.
